How do I pick a plan that’s right for me? |
You can search and filter by equipment and goals. Select what days of the week you prefer to work out and for how long you plan on using a workout protocol. We take care of the rest. If you change your workout days, your next workout will be waiting for you. Previous weights and reps are saved so you know exactly what you need to do every workout. |

Is Embody-Fit right for beginners? |
Virtually every workout protocol is scalable for beginners to professional athlete levels. You can select workouts that use commercial equipment, minimal equipment or body weight only. |

How Do I Cancel? |
You can cancel at any time. We make it simple. Under profile, select membership and hit the suspend button. Your membership and payments will be suspended at the beginning of the next payment cycle. |

What are Reps |
Reps is short for repetitions. This is the number of times the exercise is performed is given set. |

What is a set? |
A set is a group of exercise repetitions performed in a workout. It is common to perform multiple sets of exercises with a brief rest in between each set. |

What value gets placed in the time input box. |
The time value is how long you take to perform a particular exercise set. For instance, most of the workouts have warm-up to be performed. You would put in the amount of time you performed that exercise (i.e. 10:00). The time value is measured in hours, minutes and seconds. |

What is Rest Time |
The rest time for each exercise set is where you can record the amount of rest time you had BEFORE you performed the exercise. For most users this value will not be recorded, but it is there is you would like to add it. |

What is RIR? |
RIR stands for Reps In Reserve. This is an estimated number of how many more additional reps you would be able to perform within a given set if you were to continue lifting until failure (you would not be able to perform another repetition). This is a way of measuring the intensity of the set performed and your energy capcity. |

What is RPE? |
RPE is the Rate of Perceived Exertion. It is typically measured on a scale of 1-10 with 1 meaning very little intensity and 10 being a maximal effort. This is a way of measuring the intensity of the set performed and your energy capacity. |

What is Page View? |
Page view displays your workout one exercise at a time with a video reference as well as special instructions on how to do the exercise to ensure proper form and emphasis. This is the preferred view to use when doing your workout. |

What is List View? |
List view display a list of all the exercises and sets to be performed in a workout in one continuous list. This is a more streamlined view of the exercise but does not show the specific instructions for each exercise. This is is only for users 100% confident in their understanding of the exercise's form and emphasis. The Page View is the preferred view for doing your workouts. |

How do I save my workout data? |
When you put your values in the appropriate fields, the data is saved automatically when you hit "Enter" or click off the field box. The "End Workout" button at the end of the workout simply records the time your workout is completed, but all other data should be saved automatically when entered. |
